Kate Chang, is an experience Luxury Professionalism. She has over 15 Luxury Retail and Service experiences and possess exceptional hospitality techniques on Retail Operations, Customer Service, Trainings in Luxury and Premium industry.
She received etiquette trainings in Europe’s leading Certified Etiquette & Protocol Consultancy “ Minding Manners International ” and was guided by Ms. Tamiko Zablith, a world-renowned etiquette leader and consultant in UK & European Royal Families and CNN. Driven by her passionate and extensive experiences on corporate service industry as a senior management, her knowledge and Savoir-faire has leaded her to become an indispensable person.
